1. GENERAL USE

2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

• All orders are subject to availability.
• Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be completed through our secure payment gateways.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to issues like unavailability, suspicious activity, or payment errors.

3. DELIVERY & PICK-UP

We strive to ensure timely and fresh deliveries. However:

• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate.
• If you miss a delivery or provide incorrect information, we may not be able to refund or re-deliver.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of our products, and in line with Dutch and EU consumer law (which exempts perishable goods from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal):

• Returns are not accepted unless there is a quality or fulfilment issue.
• If you’re unsatisfied with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant details (e.g. order number and photos, where applicable).
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.

5. ALLERGENS & DIETARY INFORMATION

Our menu is vegetarian and every dish can be made vegan. Allergen information on this site mirrors our kitchen’s allergen sheet; where it is silent, ask our staff. Our kitchen handles allergens, so cross-contact can never be fully excluded. Always tell our staff about an allergy before ordering.

6. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Misuse our site or services
• Attempt to access our systems or disrupt operations
• Provide false information or impersonate others

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including branding, images, text, and recipes, is owned by or licensed to Trinity Food Services B.V. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Dutch law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated terms.
