Every story has a root. Ours begins at home. The smell of falafel in the air, olive oil poured over creamy hummus, and warm bread passed around a breakfast table full of noise, laughter, and love. That’s how we grew up in Jordan. Food wasn’t just a meal. It was a moment of connection.

The word Nabati means “plant-based”, shaped by the land. But to us, it also means memory, friendship, and something real.

Nabati was born from the streets of Amman and the comfort of our reunions. Crafted with care, passed through generations, and shared with everyone at the table.
